Service Description

The booking day and time would need to be confirmed and paid for at least 48 hours in advance. Additionally. cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled event times will be fully refunded. A 25% non-refundable deposited is required to finalize and secure a booking date and time. If another party secures the same requested date and time, you will receive an email, text message and phone call to reschedule. Love Life Pole Studio Located within Valley West Mall on the Lower Level 1551 Valley West Drive Suite 154 West Des Moines, IA 50266 Studio Venue: 9 Poles (Mounted to Steel Beam - 15' Ceiling) Rate: $180 for 90 Minute Event Guest Count: 9 guests ($20 for every additional guest over 9, up to 27 guests total for party) Food & Drink: You may bring any food or drink items to the studio for your event (alcohol is permitted for parties over 21 yrs. of age). We have 27 chairs and 2 large tables available. If you plan on decorating or bringing food, we handle the clean up. We provide disposable plates, plastic utensils, napkins and plastic cups are provided. Release of Liability Waivers: Additionally, each of your guests will need to fill out the release of liability waiver on the website in order to participate. Link: https://www.lovelifepole.com/liability-waiver Once they fill out the waiver, they will receive a welcome email with helpful information on what to expect for this event. * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats and knee pads are optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Cold bottled water is free for parties If you would like to book, just let me know what day and time will work best, and I will coordinate the details with you and answer any additional questions. Once time and date are confirmed, you will receive an invoice with a secured payment link to finalize your booking.
