Finding Your Edge - Heels Workshop

This workshop is an introductory course from Guest Instructor Christina on the fundamentals of Edgework technique!

2 Students Per Pole (Workshop will be heel work on and off the pole giving each partner an opportunity to capitalize on time)

It is intermediatr friendly with modifications for more advanced heels dancers. This workshop will focus on drills that help unlock your understanding of accessing your edge points and start to understand the difference between dancing in heels vs. dancing with heels. We will do a short sequence and then finish with some prompt based freestyles to incorporate these new elements into everyone's individual bodies!
