NON-SOLICITATION & NON-DIVERSION, CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, FRATERNIZATION POLICY & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONSEQUENCES NON-SOLICITATION & NON-DIVERSION I agree that I will not use my participation at Love Life Pole Studio, access to Studio students, instructors, staff, contact information, social media groups, classes, events, or other Studio resources for the purpose of directly or indirectly soliciting, diverting, or attempting to divert Studio students, instructors, clients, or business relationships away from Love Life Pole Studio for a competing dance, fitness, pole, aerial, movement, entertainment, or substantially similar business or service. This includes, but is not limited to: Personally soliciting Studio students to leave or discontinue their participation with Love Life Pole Studio; Encouraging or organizing Studio students to attend competing classes, studios, private lessons, or events for the purpose of diverting business from the Studio; Using Studio-provided contact information, private groups, mailing lists, or other non-public information to market competing services; Recruiting Studio instructors, contractors, or staff to leave their relationship with the Studio for a competing business; Using Studio classes, events, performances, or student relationships as a means of building a competing business or client list; and Representing oneself as affiliated with Love Life Pole Studio when promoting or selling outside services. Nothing in this provision is intended to prohibit ordinary personal relationships, friendships, lawful employment, lawful business activity, or communications that are unrelated to soliciting or diverting Studio business. CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY INFORMATION I acknowledge that, through my participation at Love Life Pole Studio, I may have access to information that is private, confidential, or proprietary to the Studio, its owners, instructors, contractors, students, or business partners. I agree not to disclose, distribute, reproduce, publish, misuse, or otherwise make unauthorized use of confidential or proprietary information obtained through my relationship with the Studio. Confidential information may include, without limitation: Student names, contact information, schedules, accounts, or other non-public personal information; Private communications between students, instructors, staff, and Studio management; Business plans, pricing strategies, financial information, marketing strategies, and internal procedures; Instructor compensation or contractual information; Private Studio documents, policies, databases, or internal communications; Information regarding disciplinary matters, complaints, incidents, or investigations; Non-public information regarding Studio events, programs, partnerships, or business operations; and Any other information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential or that the Studio identifies as confidential. I understand that confidential information may not be photographed, recorded, copied, screenshot, forwarded, posted online, or shared with third parties without authorization from Love Life Pole Studio. These confidentiality obligations survive the termination or conclusion of my participation with Love Life Pole Studio to the extent permitted by applicable law. FRATERNIZATION & PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES Love Life Pole Studio is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all students, instructors, independent contractors, staff, and guests. Students are expected to maintain appropriate boundaries with Studio instructors, independent contractors, staff, and other participants. Students agree not to engage in conduct that creates an intimidating, hostile, disruptive, coercive, or otherwise inappropriate environment within the Studio. Students should not use their relationship with an instructor, contractor, employee, or Studio representative to obtain preferential treatment, private access, confidential information, special pricing, scheduling advantages, or other benefits unavailable to students generally. Nothing in this provision is intended to regulate lawful private relationships between consenting adults outside of Studio activities. However, conduct occurring at the Studio, during Studio-sponsored events, or through Studio-related communications must remain consistent with Studio policies and professional standards. NO MISUSE OF STUDIO RELATIONSHIPS OR RESOURCES I agree not to use my status as a Love Life Pole Studio student, access to Studio facilities, Studio events, classes, social media groups, or relationships developed through the Studio to: Conduct unauthorized business solicitation; Recruit students or instructors for competing businesses; Obtain or distribute confidential information; Create misleading impressions of affiliation with the Studio; Harass, intimidate, threaten, or pressure another Studio participant; Interfere with the Studio's business relationships; or Engage in conduct that materially disrupts Studio operations or the safety and well-being of participants. SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL COMMUNICATION I agree that Studio-related social media groups, messaging platforms, email lists, photographs, videos, and other digital communications may contain private or confidential information. I will not screenshot, record, copy, redistribute, or publish private Studio communications or another person's private information without appropriate authorization. I also agree not to use Studio-sponsored social media spaces or communications channels to solicit Studio students or instructors for competing businesses or services. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CONSEQUENCES I understand that violation of these provisions may result in corrective or disciplinary action, including removal from a class or event, suspension or termination of Studio privileges, restriction from Studio facilities or programs, or other remedies available to Love Life Pole Studio under applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement limits the Studio's right to pursue lawful remedies for unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential information, misuse of Studio property, intentional interference with business relationships, or other unlawful conduct.
