Elevated Flow — Aerial Flow Combinations

Service Description

Let's Flow! This class was created to focus on sensual aerial movements and trick combinations on the pole; transitioning from spins to handstands to kiss and flips. This class is open to students who are confident Foundation Level polers, and are beginning to condition their aerial inverts, however places special emphasis on Intermediate & Upper Level Tricks and Conditioning skills. This class is best when taken in unison with: Pole Tricks & Conditioning - Intermediate Level Pole Tricks & Conditioning - Upper Level Prerequisites: • Completion of Pole Virgins Transitions (10 Moves) • Completion of Pole Virgin Spins and Poses (12 Moves) • Completion of Pole Virgin Floorwork (10 Moves) • Completion of Foundation Level Transitions and Pirouettes • Completion of Foundational Spins and Poses (18 Moves) • Students must be training Aerial Invert on both sides of the body ***Heels are recommended, not required. However, students should at minimum, feel comfortable walking in heels. ***Knee Pads are Required CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 15 Minute Warm Up 20 Minutes Spins, Transitions and Floorwork 20 Minutes Incorporating Moves into Choreographed Routine 5 Minute Stretch and Cool Down * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heels are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded.
