Service Description
Free Flow helps enhance your own natural flow on the pole and with floor work. Learn how to incorporate the tricks in your toolbox into a freestyle and utilize free movement to create a smooth, transitionary flow. CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 15 Minute Warm Up 5 Minute Stretch and Cool Down * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heels are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats and knee pads are optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded.
