Service Description
Basically we're going to throw some ass & take cute photos and videos of each other • Bring TEA 🍵 it will be a social hour 😘💅🏽 * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Knee pads optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded.
