New to Hammock? Are you unsure where to start because you do not have an athletic background? We all had a starting point. Don't worry! This is a judgement free space. Let's get started. Let's familiarize you with the studio, the equipment, the grips, the general terminology and teach you the very basics. Studio Venue: 4 Hammocks & 4 Mats CAPACITY: 4 Beginner Students Per Class 20 Minute Warm Up and Intro 30 Minutes Grips Conditioning, Beginner Entries, Poses, Spins & Exits 10 Minute Stretch and Cool Down Love Life Pole Studio 835 6th Street #4 Nevada, IA 50201 * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * REMOVE ALL JEWLERY, ABSOLUTELY NO ZIPPERED OR BUTTON CLOTHING ALLOWED (any tears in these fabrics will cause a tear and the entire hammock will need to be thrown out) * Socks recommended recommended, bare feet are acceptable for class * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your equipment down * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind, space is limited and cancelling early ensures that another student will have a chance to register into class.
