Intro to Pole Flow & Routine

Service Description

Let's Flow! This class was created to focus on sensual movements on the pole; transitioning from spins to poses to floorwork, to create fluid movement in a choreographed routine. This class is open to Beginner & Foundation Level polers, however places special emphasis on beginner friendly movements and introduces polers to dancing barefoot, in socks and in heels. Pole Virgin and Foundation Tricks and Conditioning skills will be incorporated. This class is best when taken in unison with: Pole Virgins Pole Tricks & Conditioning - Foundations Prerequisites: • Proficiency with Pole Virgins Transitions (10 Moves) • Proficiency with Pole Virgin Spins and Poses (12 Moves) • Proficiency with Pole Virgin Floorwork (10 Moves) CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 15 Minute Warm Up 20 Minutes Spins, Transitions and Floorwork 20 Minutes Incorporating Moves into Choreographed Routine 5 Minute Stretch and Cool Down * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Knee pads strongly recommended * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded.
