We can't be a virgin forever! On to bigger, better things! Pun intended! But also, let's build a strong foundation for a healthy, stable relationship with pole! Prerequisites: • Comfortable with entry level Poses & Spins on both sides of body (Pole Virgins - 14 Moves) • Developed entry level Transitions (Pole Virgins - 12 Moves) • Strong Fireman Spin in preparation for beginner level climbing • Strong Basic Grip and some familiarity with Elbow Grip • Entry level Floorwork competency (Pole Virgins - 8 Moves) This Class Introduces: • Upright Spins and Poses (24 Moves) • Beginner Ground Level Inversions (12 Moves) • Pole Assisted Headstands / Forearm Stands / Handstands • Climbing (Basic & Forearm Climb, Side Climb) • Grips (Armpit, Bracket, Forearm, Twisted) CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 10 Minute Warm-Up Conditioning Exercises 40 Minutes of Pole Tricks, Skills and Focused Conditioning 10 Minute Stretch * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Knee pads optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind, space is limited and cancelling early ensures that another student will have a chance to register into class.
