Service Description

Congrats on Mastering the basics from Virgins and Foundations! Let's build on our foundational knowledge! This class will be heavily focused on adding poses and spins to your repertoire. Prerequisites: • Strong entry level and foundation level Poses & Spins on both sides of body (38 Moves) • Strong Basic, Elbow, Armpit, Bracket, Forearm and Twist Grips • Comfortable with Ground Level Inversion (Foundation Level - 12 Moves) • Strong Pole Assisted Handstand • Strong Basic and Side Climbs • Competency with Grips (Basic, Elbow, Armpit, Bracket, Forearm, Twisted, Split) This Class Introduces: • Upright & Inverted Poses & Spins (46 Moves) • 7 New Techniques to Invert • Aerial Inversion • Shoulder Mounts • Beginner Flips & Drops CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 10-15 Minute Warm-Up Conditioning Exercises 40 Minutes of Pole Tricks, Skills and Focused Conditioning 5-10 Minute Stretch * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Knee pads optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded.
