Pole Tricks & Conditioning - Upper Level

I know... you just learned 46 challenging moves and now you have to learn 44 even more challenging moves!? YES. Time to get to work with our experienced Upper-Level instructors. This class will cover just the basic advanced Poses and Spins, a few essential flips and some fun drops! After this, seek therapy. We do provide unlicensed, unsolicited therapy sessions +Trickology Classes for advanced specialty moves (20+ Moves). BUT, here is what to expect in Pole Tricks & Conditioning - Upper Level Prerequisites: • Comfortable with entry, foundation and intermediate level Poses & Spins on both sides of body (84 Moves) • Strong Climb (various methods covered in foundation and intermediate) • Strong Basic Invert and Aerial Invert (both sides) • Comfortable Shoulder Mount (both sides) • Strong Knee, Elbow and Armpit Grips (both sides) This Class Introduces: • Spins and Poses (44 Moves) • Climbs and Additional Aerial Inversion Methods (4 Moves) • Additional Advanced Grips • Flips & Drops CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 10 Minute Warm-Up Conditioning Exercises 40 Minutes of Pole Tricks, Skills and Focused Conditioning 10 Minute Stretch * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Knee pads optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind, space is limited and cancelling early ensures that another student will have a chance to register into class.
