For this session, we will focus on your individual needs, if you would like to focus on floor work, beginner pole tricks, advanced pole tricks, flow, or choreography, we can place special emphasis on the areas you feel you need the most assistance in. General plan if you have no preference for the lesson: 10 Minute Warm-Up 45 Minutes of Pole Tricks, Floorwork, Twerk, Flexibility or Specialized Choreo 5 Minute Stretch PRIVATES OFFERED WITH THE FOLLOWING STAFF: * Harper – Pole, Lyra or Twerk * Vita – Pole, Lyra or Twerk * Felicia – Pole or Floorwork * Tristabel – Pole or Flexibility Love Life Pole Studio 10540 Hickman Road Ste A Clive, IA 50325 CAPACITY: 2 Student Max.
