Bring in the names and video inspiration for tricks and combos that you want to learn! Did you see a move online that looked like fun? Or maybe you worked on a combo in a class that you just couldn't quite get in one class, that you want to revisit and master! In this class, students create the list, then the class will pick the tricks and combos they all want to work on. You get to work on what you like! And our instructors, equipped with over a decade of experience, will help you break the moves down and learn that new trick you've been wanting to try! Let's do this! Love Life Pole Studio Located within Valley West Mall 1551 Valley West Drive Suite 154 West Des Moines, IA 50266 Studio Venue: 7 student poles (Mounted to Steel Beam - 15' Ceiling) CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 15 Minute Warm-Up 40 Minutes of Pole Tricks Chosen By Students 5 Minute Stretch * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats and knee pads are optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind, space is limited and cancelling early ensures that another student will have a chance to register into class.
